1.    The medicine supply will take a minimum of 24 to 48 hours to arrange as per your order and proceed for billing & dispatch. This time may vary, if the medicine ordered need more than the general time to arrange and shall be informed to the customer on case-by-case basis.
2.    The medicines requiring temperature maintenance shall be supplied though courier with proper ice packaging and the timelines and specific instructions, if any shall be shared with the customer accordingly.
3.    The final bill value might differ from the booked value because of MRP change and availability of medicine at the time of billing.
4.    All drug laws shall be abided by, if there is restriction on any medicine for sales as per drug law then it will not be supplied.
5.    While rare, it is possible that the destination country's customs department may require additional payment, paperwork or legwork at the port of arrival. The responsibility to comply with any such requirements shall lay solely with the consignee.

3.    To compensate medpitals.com for any extra cost incurred for the shipping charges as per the actual weight and measurement of the shipment by the courier companies
